2021 Russian River Chardonnay Cobalt Vineyard
A beautiful hue of gold with a slight yellow tint, this 2021 Chardonnay shows an array of complex fruit tones ranging from pear and Gravenstein apple to nectarine. The fruit is beautifully complemented with toasted oak,and a hint of vanilla. It exudes a perfect balance between elegance and richness for a medium bodied, mouth-filling wine.The grapes are grown in the Russian River Valley, filled with foggy mornings, sunny days, and cool nights proving ideal weather to provide long growing seasons.

The entry is vibrant with ripe dark fruit flavors of plum, blackberry, and black cherry followed by hints of vanilla and cocoa. Lots of dark plums and berries with some vanilla and baking spices. Full-to medium-bodied with round, velvety tannins, but in a reserved way.Tannins provide this wine with a beautiful texture. It is aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, and will great now, but continue to mature between 2029-2039.
